Overview #

White Label features allow agency owners and resellers to rebrand the entire application. Your sub-clients access a fully customized dashboard with your custom domain name, logo, brand colors, and company name.

Customizing Brand Appearance #

  1. Navigate to White Label -> Brand Settings in the dashboard sidebar (/dashboard/brand-settings).
  2. Configure your brand identity:
    • Company / Platform Title: Replaces platform branding across the UI and automated emails.
    • Custom Logo: Upload your company header logo (PNG/SVG format).
    • Favicon: Upload your browser favicon icon.
    • Primary Color: Set custom primary CSS theme colors.
    • Custom Domain: Set your custom domain CNAME (e.g., app.youragency.com).

Managing Reseller Sub-Clients #

Reseller accounts can provision and manage client accounts:

  1. Navigate to White Label -> Clients in the sidebar (/dashboard/clients).
  2. Click Add Client.
  3. Set up client login credentials and assign custom plan limits (minute allowances, max agents, number limits).
  4. Clients log in through your branded domain and only see their own agents, call logs, and phone numbers.
  5. You can impersonate client dashboards at any time to assist with configuration.

Answering Your Clients' Support Tickets #

When one of your clients opens a support ticket, it comes to you, not to NovaReps support. Your client only ever sees replies signed Support team.

  1. Open the Help Center (the question mark icon, top right), click Support tickets and choose the Client tickets tab. The number on the tab is how many client tickets are waiting for your reply.
  2. Open a ticket, type in the Your reply box at the bottom and click Send reply. Your client sees a badge in their dashboard, and an email with your reply if they turned on Support ticket emails on their profile.
  3. Click Close ticket when the problem is solved. Tickets waiting on your client close automatically after a set number of days. Your client can reopen a recently closed ticket by replying to it, and you get the usual client ticket email if you turned those on.
  4. Want an email when a client needs you? Turn on Support ticket emails under Email Notifications on your profile page (off by default). You get one email when a client opens a ticket, and one each time a client replies after you answered, with their message in it.
  5. Need help from NovaReps with a client's problem? Click Ask platform support. This opens a ticket from you to platform support; your client never sees it.

Team members need the Clients: view permission to read client tickets and Clients: manage to reply.
