Enterprise

Enterprise AI voice agents that work inside your systems

A standard voice agent can answer and book. On Enterprise it can also look up the order, update the record and open the ticket while the caller is still on the line. We connect it to your stack with custom HTTP tools and MCP, and set the limits for your volume.

What Enterprise adds to the standard plans

  • Custom HTTP tools: the agent calls your APIs mid call, for example to check an order, verify a policy or create a ticket
  • MCP connections to the tools and data your team already runs
  • Call event webhooks routed into your CRM, ticketing and internal systems
  • Call flows and handoff rules designed with our team around your process
  • Custom limits for your volume, plus your own Twilio or Telnyx account and AI provider keys

Example Enterprise workflows

A voice agent that only talks creates callbacks. One that can act closes the call.

These are the kinds of workflows Enterprise teams build.

Order and account lookups

A caller gives an order number. The agent calls your API, reads back the status and offers the next step, instead of taking a message for someone to chase.

Records and tickets

The agent creates or updates the record in your CRM or help desk during the call, so your team starts from a complete ticket and not a voicemail.

Your tools through MCP

Expose the systems your team already uses to the agent through MCP connections, with the limits and handoff rules you set.

Questions before you reach out

What does Enterprise include that the standard plans do not?
Enterprise adds custom HTTP tools so the agent can call your APIs during a call, MCP connections to your tools and data, new capabilities our team adds when the platform does not have them yet, and limits beyond what the standard plans offer. Everything in the standard plans still applies.
Do I need Enterprise, or are the standard plans enough?
If you need answering, booking and outbound campaigns, the standard plans cover it. Enterprise is for when the agent has to read from or write to your own systems, follow a workflow specific to your business, or run at limits the plans do not offer.
What can you connect my AI voice agent to?
Your own systems, through custom HTTP tools that let the agent call your APIs during a call, MCP connections to the tools your team already uses, and webhooks that push call events into your CRM or ticketing. Describe the systems in the form and we will scope the work with you.
Does the agent work on channels other than phone?
Today our voice agents answer and place phone calls, and the same agent can be embedded on your website as a voice widget. Messaging channels beyond that are coming soon.
Can we use our own phone carrier and AI provider keys?
Yes. You can bring your own Twilio or Telnyx account and your own AI provider keys, and each client runs on its own carrier account instead of a shared pool.
What if we need HIPAA or SOC 2?
We do not claim HIPAA or SOC 2 certification today. If either is a hard requirement, say so in the use case field and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot support, before you spend time on a call.
What happens after I submit the form?
Our team reads your use case and contacts you directly to talk through the details. There is no commitment, and the first conversation is about your workflow, not a pitch.
