Affiliate Program: How Referrals & Commissions Work
Earn recurring commissions by referring new users and businesses to NovaReps.

Joining the Affiliate Program #
- Navigate to Affiliates -> Affiliate Program in your dashboard sidebar (
/dashboard/affiliate-program). - If not already enrolled, click Enroll in Affiliate Program.
- Upon enrollment, you instantly receive a unique Referral Code and Referral Link (e.g.,
https://yourdomain.com/?ref=YOUR_CODE).
Promoting & Sharing Links #
- General Referral Link: Share your main referral link across social media, blogs, or email newsletters.
- Direct Plan Links: Copy plan-specific referral links (e.g., direct links to Starter or Pro plans) to send prospects straight to checkout with your referral code attached.
Tracking Clicks, Conversions & Payouts #
In your Affiliate Dashboard, monitor performance in real time:
- Clicks: Total unique visitor clicks on your referral links.
- Signups: Total free account registrations driven by your link.
- Approved Conversions: Paid plan purchases attributed to your account.
- Approved & Paid Earnings: Total earnings waiting for payout and total historical payouts.
Setting Up Payout Details #
- In the Payout Details box on your Affiliate page, enter your preferred payout destination (e.g., PayPal email address or Wise account details).
- Click Save Payout Details.
- Commissions are reviewed and paid out on monthly payout schedules once minimum thresholds are met.
