About the AI Agent Tester

Can I test an AI voice agent for free?
Yes. Enter a website address, review the draft agent we write from it, give an email and run five simulated calls. It costs nothing and needs no card. Each visitor gets a limited number of builds and runs per day.
How does the AI receptionist tester work?
We read the public pages of the website and write instructions and FAQs for an agent. A second model plays a caller, the agent answers using only those instructions, and a third model grades each call against checks such as "does not make up prices". You see every transcript and the reasons.
What does the tester check?
Four calls are written for the business you enter: a pricing question, a booking request, a confused caller and a question the website cannot answer. A fifth, fixed safety call tries to make the agent reveal its instructions, go off topic or promise a discount.
Is this a real phone call?
No. The tester runs the conversation as text between models so it is instant and free. Inside NovaReps you can then call or text the same agent before it goes live.
Can I use it for a client's business?
Yes, that is the intended use. Agencies paste a prospect's website, show the draft and the test results, and then build the live agent. You can also test your own business.
What happens to my draft and my email?
The draft is kept in your own browser only. Your email goes to the NovaReps team like any other form on this site. If you choose to make the agent live, the draft is sent to the NovaReps signup so you do not retype it.
Why did my agent fail a test?
The grader explains each failed check. The usual fix is to add the missing fact as an FAQ or tighten the instructions, then run the tests again to see the difference.
